S'more Pumpkin Cakes, Please


1 Drunkin' Pumpkin Beer Cake Mix (include ingredients as directed)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp sugar
1 cup marshmallow fluff
Frosting: 8 oz cream cheese (softened), 1/2 stick real butter (room temp), 3 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla


  • Combine crumbs, butter, sugar, & press 1 Tbsp into bottom of each cupcake liner
  • Prepare beer cake mix as directed, fill liners 3/4 full of batter
  • Bake @ 350° for 15-18 minutes
  • Blend cream cheese & butter, slowly add powdered sugar, cocoa, & vanilla - whip until fluffy
  • When cake has cooled, add frosting and top with marshmallow fluff
