Ingredients:
Mexican Street Corn Beer Bread Mix
1 cup of butter (melted)
2 15 oz cans of whole corn
2 15 oz cans of cream-style corn
1 cup of sour cream
1 4 oz can of diced green chiles or jalapeños (optional
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Fold beer Bread mix, butter, corn, cream-style corn, and sour cream together in a large bowl.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake for 75-90 minutes.
Let stand for 20 minutes.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
