Drunkin' Pumpkin Beer Cake Mix

Cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin fill every moist delicious bite! 

• Kosher • Non MSG •  Peanut Free • Treenut Free • Fish Free • Shell Fish Free    
Directions 
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a large bowl combine cake mix, 1 egg, and a 12 oz. beer or any carbonated beverage.
3. Fold in 3/4 cup of canned pumpkin pour batter into a well-greased 9x13 pan.
4. Bake at 350F for 35-38 minutes. 
5. Cool, frost if desired, and enjoy!

Misleading Packaging

Package says Easy as 1-2-3…just add 1 egg and beer. Should say Easy as 1-2–3….and 4. Thinking I had everything, as I got into recipe the directions say to fold in 3/4 cup canned pumpkin. Not a staple in my home.

Pumpking beer cake mix options

I haven't made the pumpkin beer bread yet, but...I would love to have some additional recipes for the mix! I love to experiment with other options. When I do make this, I think I'm going to try making it with a hard cider, rather than any type of beer. But.. we'll see!

Beyond incredible!

I am not a beer drinker so i substituted the beer for sparkling apple juice! OMG!! It was incredible!! You now have a customer for life!
