Smokin' Stuffed 'Shrooms
1 Sweet & Savory Spinach Dip Mix
1 lb sausage (cooked & crumbled)
2 Tbsp real butter
24 oz fresh mushrooms (separate & chop only the stems)
18 oz block cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Add butter to chopped stems...microwave two minutes...stir and add dip mix, cream cheese, sausage & parmesan cheese...stir...stuff mushroom caps with mix...bake @ 350° for 20 minutes... serve warm.
