French Onion Beer Bread

Directions: 
Preheat oven to 350º. 
Pour mixture into a large bowl and add 12oz of beer or any carbonated beverage.
Mix (do not over mix) and pour into a greased 8x4 or 9x5 loaf pan. 
Bake for 60-65 minutes. 
Remove from pan and brush the whole loaf with 2 tablespoons of real butter, melted. 
Cool before cutting, and enjoy!
