1 Gluten-Free Cinnamon Crumble Beer Bread Mix, prepared according to package directions and cooled. 

4 Eggs

1/2 cup milk

Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste 

Toppings of your choice

Heat griddle to 350 degrees...cut bread into slices or sticks...whisk eggs, milk, and seasoning...dredge bread slices into mixture, coating all sides...lay soaked bread on prepare griddle...cook until firm and golden brown...flip and repeat...serve with toppings of your choice
