1 ITALIAN HERB BEER BREAD MIX
1 12 oz. beer or any carbonated beverage
1⁄4 cup water (to slightly thin mix)
1 cup sundried tomatoes in oil, chopped (reserve oil)
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
1 large can sliced black olives
1 cup feta cheese
1⁄2 small red onion, sliced
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts
2 cups baby spinach
3 T olive oil, divided
Add beer & water to bread mix ... stir lightly & spread on greased 15” pizza pan ... bake @350 ... 17-19 minutes ... drizzle 1⁄2 olive oil on crust ... add garlic to crust ... spread tomatoes & olives on crust ... sprinkle 1⁄2 cup feta ... return to oven ... bake 10 minutes ... mix onions, spinach, reserved
